Pune: Olive by Embassy, the tech-led hospitality brand of the Embassy Group, has announced its entry into Pune with the launch of two new properties – Olive Hotel Baner with 48 keys and Olive Hotel Wakad with 30 keys.

The dual launch marks a strategic milestone for Olive by Embassy as it accelerates its expansion across India’s key metropolitan markets.

The two hotels are strategically located in Pune’s high-growth business and lifestyle corridors, catering to the city’s rapidly expanding IT ecosystem, corporate hubs, and residential clusters.

Pune’s strong business travel demand, driven by Hinjewadi – India’s largest IT hub – along with ongoing infrastructure development, positions the city as a priority market for Olive by Embassy’s tech-enabled hospitality model.

Olive by Embassy Strengthens Its Presence in Pune’s Key Business Micro-Markets

Commenting on the launch, Kahraman Yigit, CEO and Co-founder, Olive by Embassy, said that Pune’s innovation-driven economy and enterprise-led growth are fuelling demand for smart, efficient accommodation solutions.

He added that the Baner and Wakad properties are designed to offer seamless connectivity to IT parks, corporate offices, and lifestyle destinations, supported by Olive’s AI-driven operating model.

Olive Hotel Baner is located in the well-established Baner micro-market, offering proximity to corporate offices alongside access to vibrant social and lifestyle infrastructure.

Olive Hotel Wakad, positioned in one of Pune’s fastest-growing residential and business zones, provides convenient connectivity for Hinjewadi commuters, long-stay professionals, and project teams, with direct access to Westgate Business Park and the Mumbai-Pune Expressway.

The Pune launch underscores Olive by Embassy’s broader West India growth strategy.

The brand aims to establish over 40 hotels with more than 1,200 keys in Pune by 2030, targeting high-demand corridors such as Hinjewadi, Pimpri Chinchwad, Hadapsar, Kalyani Nagar, MG Road, Viman Nagar, and Koregaon Park.

At the national level, Olive by Embassy plans to add over 100 new locations in 2026, expanding on its existing footprint across Bengaluru, Mysore, Chikmagalur, Vijayawada, and now Pune.

Recent initiatives include the launch of Open Hotels, positioned as the world’s first remote AI-operated hotel brand, and a strategic partnership with Hilton to develop 150 Spark hotels in India.
